Jesień Linuksowa (Linux Autumn)

Polish Linux Users Group (PLUG) invites already the fiftheenth time all GNU/Linux and Free and Open Source Software enthusiasts to the Linux Autumn conference! More information about the conference can be found here.

Call for proposals open and start of registration

In the year 2003, Jesień Linuksowa joined the group of new Linux events in Poland. Short weekend meeting of Linux and FOSS enthusiasts that many people enjoyed takes place from year to year since then. Fifteenth edition is an occasion to celebrate, wrap up, but also make changes. This year we're going back to our roots to Ustroń, with only differences being the venue and date of the conference. It will be held on 22nd-24th of September.

Together with launching this years website, we also started gathering proposals for talks, workshops and other conference activities. Authors of the accepted proposals will have their conference fee refunded. You can find the application form and more information here. Like every year there will be a BBQ dinner and other evening activities like board games.

Besides that, the attendees registration begins this week. It's better to make up your mind fast, because the prices rise with time. A big advantage is that the prices are very close to the ones from the last year. We encourage companies to sponsor the event.
