Should I register and pay in order to go for the conference?

Yes, registration is mandatory for all attendees, also organisers, speakers and sponsors. Stay in venue means the check-in and relative costs, however you can reduce it by choosing a board without bed.

Is it enough to register at the Jesien's webside in order to have a sure place on the meeting?

No. To full happiness you have to pay. The attendace fee means the confirmation and causes booking the place in the hotel. Delaying payment till the last minute is raising the cost, because discounds on accreditation are tailing off in time.

What kind of information should I write into "additional info for organizers" field at the bottom of attendee card?

Everything related to the registration, what you'd like to tell the organisers, but isn't possible in other fields of attendee card.
Imagine that we have to book over one hundred persons, but everyone want be treated individually. We cannot remember everything, what people write us via email, phone or messenger.
Generally, we'll use the Jesien's database during booking process over all, so treat the info box as the best contact interface to organisers.

What to do if accompanying person I registered on my login, wants to pay from the different credit card or bank account?

If you want to pay separately, you need to create separate accounts at our webpage. There's no other possibility.

I don't want to write my personal data over open HTTP!

We understand it. According this, we made available the Secure sign in, in the Registration block at the right side of webpage.

What should I do to be and attendee? Is it enough to create an account at your website?

Definitely not. You need to sign in and: You can also use the additional features such as Room sharing or Common journey if you want.

What about the internet access?

The hotel ensures the open access (hot-spot) to internet via WiFi, however – as usually – the strengthness of signal is not the same on every place. The best is near the lecture halls and reception.

Whether in order to take attendance and take out quite a lot of knowledge from the conference, it is necessary to have a good notion about Linux, or a good intentions and an enthusiasm will suffice?

"Good" notion is subjective. We encourage to attendance persons with quite different level of skills - beginners also. Perhaps not all knowledge will be comprehensible for them, but the established contacts, thanks to which it is possible constantly to raise the skills, are most precious.

I plan to arrive, but I'm not interested in some talks. Is the attendance compulsory on all talks?

The attendance is compulsory on none of talks.

Can I bring my wife, which is not interested in talks and won't be present on them? If yes, what is the admission fee for her?

If your wife won't be present at talks, it's her free choice. However it isn't base up to any discounts. You should register your wife like of every other attendee and pay the same fee.

Will the access to the internet be additionally paid?

No, internet access will be free, as a hot-spot.

Do you plan to make the audio/video webcasts or podcasts? Do you record any talks?

Yes. As in last years, we plan to record and broadcast talks as soon as it's possible. However, we don't plan to publicate any on-line webcasts (live).

What should I do to be and attendee? Is it enough to create an account at your website?

What are languages of talks? I mean those ones, which abstracts are written in Polish.

The talk will be in the same language, which the title and the abstract is written in. In the other words: abstract in English means the talk in English, abstract in Polish means the talk in Polish.

Unfortunately not. We'll reserve a bed for you in payment moment only, so you must transfer us the full amount being in force on payment date.

Sure, you can. Select the "from Saturday" option on your Attendee card and pay lower fee, according the Price list.

How many beds are inside the room?

Rooms have one or two beds.

Does every room have a bathroom in the hotel?

Yes.

What are the room standard choices? Are there any bungalows?

This year you can choose between rooms with ** (two stars) and ***+ (three-plus stars) of international room category. The hotel offers both of them.

What to do if I don't want to sleep with folks I registered from one (my) login in the same room?

If you don't want to sleep together, you have to create separate logins at our webpage.

Is it possible to arrive for one day only, without hotel services (board, bed, etc.)? What about the admission fee in such case?

Choose the "board only" option on your Attendee card.

Could I have the entire room for exclusiveness?

Yes. To book it, select an "I order a separate, single room" option on your Attendee card. Keep in mind that such option is additionally paid.

How does the room sharing procedure work?

First of all, we book together all persons enrolled from the one user account in the room. Second, all of people who joined using the Room sharing service. For others, we use the random booking.
If you've enrolled several folks from your account, we treat you as a group. So if you want to use the Room sharing to join with the any other users, you must remember that you are joining all your companion with that other.
If the room isn't enough to fit all of you, we'll book you with the persons enrolled from your account first. The persons joined you via the Room sharing will be booked as close you as possible.

What is the difference between ***+ and ** rooms?

Differences between *** (three-star) and ** (two-star) rooms are the same as in normal European room/hotel categories. Additionally, ***+ rooms in the "Orle Gniazdo" hotel are thoroughly reconditioned.
