The Polish Linux Users Group (PLUG) invites you to Linux Autumn - one of the oldest and most respected conferences in Poland dedicated to Linux and free software. This year's 21st edition will be held on 24-26 October 2025 at Hotel przy Młynie in Rybnik. Details about the event can be found here.

Agenda published

We are happy to announce that the agenda for Linux Autumn 2025 has been published. You can find it in the Agenda site. This year, we have prepared a very special programme, which we have filled to the top! There are two programme tracks to choose from. They include lectures and workshops on lots of different topics, such as security, DevOps and CLI tools, 3D graphics, hardware and programming, as well as the legal and social aspects of free software.

The stage will feature excellent keynote speakers – Gynvael Coldwind, Marta Lewandowska, Sylwia Czubkowska – as well as well-known and popular speakers who are already familiar to the Linux Autumn audience, including Kuba Mrugalski, Marcin Zajączkowski, Arkadiusz Wieczorek and Kuba Orlik. The programme also includes a quiz and a lightning talks session.

This year, lots of people are interested in the conference. Tickets are selling fast, so please register early to get a place and a hotel room.

Call for Proposals is open!

We are delighted to announce the opening of the Call for Proposals (CfP) for Linux Autumn 2025! Once again, we will be meeting at Hotel Przy Młynie, Rybnik for three days of discussions about Linux and free software. The 21st edition will take place on 24 to 26 October 2025.

Who are we looking for?

We invite speakers involved in the world of open source who want to share their knowledge and experience. Topics we are looking for include: Linux tools, DevOps, CI/CD, infrastructure, programming, AI, security, hacking, online privacy, open source gaming, and the legal and social aspects of free software.

Presentation formats

  • Lecture – a classic lecture in the form of a presentation with a Q&A session.
  • Workshop – interactive classes during which participants work on their own laptops.

What do we offer speakers?

All lecturers and workshop leaders are entitled to a free admission ticket, including accommodation and meals. The presentations will be promoted on our social media channels, and each of them will be professionally recorded and published on YouTube and PeerTube.

How to submit a proposal?

We accept submissions until 31 July 2025 via the Confreg platform. The programme committee will select the most interesting and inspiring proposals from among those submitted.
